Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern your use of khelnetics.com and the design services provided by Khelnetics, a brand of NōP Alliance Inc. By engaging our services you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Khelnetics provides digital design services on a subscription or project basis, including branding, web, print, illustration, product, 3D, social, and video design. Services are subject to availability.

2. Subscriptions & Projects

Subscriptions are billed per the plan you select and renew until cancelled. Project-based work is quoted upfront. Our process keeps one design in production and one in planning at a time.

3. Revisions

Subscription plans include unlimited revisions within the scope of the active request, following industry-standard practices.

4. Payment

We accept credit/debit, PayPal, Interac e-Transfer, and pre-authorized debit. Subscriptions are charged in advance; upgrades are pro-rated, downgrades and cancellations take effect the next cycle.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, final approved deliverables are transferred to you. Preliminary concepts and working files remain ours unless otherwise agreed.

6. Refunds

Because design is a custom service, fees are generally non-refundable once work has begun. Contact us with any concerns and we'll work to make it right.

7. Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
